The first step in developing the perfect maintenance program is a meeting; a meeting where we can listen to your ideas, goals and concerns to customize the ideal program to meet your needs, interests, and timeline. We will present an individualized service plan with proven solutions to manage your landscape in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Upon acceptance of our proposal, we will schedule services and assign an Account Manager to your property. Your Account Manager represents the main point of contact and communication for the care and enhancement of your property. Your Account Manager will direct the team to ensure that your property is cared for on a timely basis and in a professional manner; meeting the goals and needs as planned.
Periodic C.A.R.E. (Customer Assurance Review Evaluation) calls between you and your Account Manager round out our process to monitor progress and foster the connection between client and company. Your Account Manager overlaps with crews on site on a regular basis, staying in constant communication with you to ensure quality performance.
